Job: Director Plant Human Resources

1. Develops and implements strategies, programs and processes that will assist the plant in achieving their business plan.
2. Oversees the selection, leadership, training, and development of HR talent to ensure businesses achieve their plan.
3. Ensures the business has the talent necessary to achieve its annual and long-term plan.
4. Manages change effectively to ensure that maximum results are achieved.
5. Coaches leadership team in servant leader culture and in helping to build / sustain the desired culture.
6. Develops and implements strategies, programs and processes that ensures employee engagement is strong to achieve business plan.
7. Ensures all programs, policies and practices comply with government regulations, enterprise and plant policy.
8. Leverages diversity to maximize business results.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related degree or equivalent years of experience. Master s Degree in Industrial Relations or related field desirable.
2. Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource generalist experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years of expanding leadership experience.
4. Minimum of 3 years as a Plant Human Resource Manager.
5. Change management skills required.
6. Consumer product food business experience preferred.
7. Union experience necessary.
8. Solid understanding of HR related compliance regulations mandatory.
